Important Notes Regarding Repair Warranty Coverage
1. Please note that disassembly and other repair work may void the manufacturer's warranty on the device.
2. We do not access data areas; however, we assume no responsibility for any data loss or corruption that may occur.
3. Our warranty on repaired parts is valid for up to 3 months from the completion of repair work.
※ Please keep the warranty certificate for 3 months as it will be required for any re-repairs. Please note that without a warranty certificate, we may not be able to provide warranty coverage.
4. Replaced parts will not be returned as a general rule.
5. After battery replacement, battery consumption varies depending on your usage habits (app usage frequency, charging methods, etc.). Please understand this in advance.
We cannot respond to inquiries about battery consumption after 1 month from the battery replacement work.
6. Refurbished parts may be used for component replacements.
7. Please note that a diagnostic fee of 3,300 yen will be charged if repair is not possible.
8. We perform basic function checks before repair; if component defects are found after disassembly, we will contact you.
If no contact information is available, notification will be provided when the device is returned.
9. Devices that cannot be tested for operation cannot be guaranteed after reassembly. Additionally, if water damage is detected after disassembly, no warranty applies.
10. We handle all devices with utmost care; however, minor scratches or dust particles may enter the device during handling.
11. If the device has been modified in hardware or software, it may become inoperable or fail to restart after repair.
12. Since operation verification is required after work completion, please remove any password protection from the device in advance.
- ・ We maintain personal information in accurate and current form and implement measures to prevent information leakage.
- ・ When we outsource personal information processing to third parties, we contractually obligate them not to disclose or redistribute the information and implement appropriate management.
